Paintings are formed around an element or tool that reveals a hidden dimension to the medium. Tools and elements used include: hammers, heat guns, djanting pens, torches, soldering irons, solvents, ice, and fire.

All paintings are made entirely of wax, damar, and pigment. Refined beeswax and brazillian carnauba are most often used. Damar crystals are grade one Indonesian and dissolved directly in hot wax. Pigments range from traditional earths to new manufactured irgazines. Panels are handmade (personally) with archival A-4 birch faces and basswood supports.
